Great Inventions
For those of you past the infant stages of parenting, there is so much more cool stuff out there. This handy little invention is called a Bumbo, it supports the baby who can't quite sit up by themselves yet. Sophia loves hers. She sits on Dan's desk and watches him work, she sits on the kitchen cabinet and watches me cook, she sits in the playroom and the kids put shows on for her or dress her up. The thing is great! She thinks she is just like the big kids.

How nice...I wish they had something like like when mine were babies.
Every once in a while, something makes me wish I would have waited to have kids- this is one of those things. They are so cool.
Melissa- let me know your price range and if you want a point and shoot or an SLR and I'll ask John. He is an encyclopedia of cameras.
I LOVE the bumbo. It is the one of the best new inventions. We got the one with the hole in the tray for the toy. That kept Carter busy for at least 10 mins!
Yes, I discovered the Bumbo seat with my last child, unfortunately he wasn't as interested in it as I would have liked - he would only last a few minutes in it before wanting out.
And your Houston pics looked great - all those years in Texas and that was the one part of the state I never made it too - maybe someday!

Yay, I'm glad you are getting good use out of it - hopefully my next one will enjoy it more than Mallory did!!!
